2-Minute Wizard
LureOS has a menu shell (built on top of manush, illuria’s open-source menu shell tool) that allows you to navigate the system’s core.
The default login for every new LureOS installation is agent
, password agent
.
If you’ve installed LureOS on the Cloud (e.g. Azure, OpenStack, etc), the default user
agent
would be deleted and you can login usingcloud-init
orazure-agent
configured accesses.
After login, you will see the main menu
The menu shell takes numbers as inputs.
Press 1 to enter Setup ProfilerX.
Press 1 to enter Run Wizard.
If you’ve installed LureOS on the Cloud (e.g. Azure, OpenStack, etc),
sudo
might ask for the user password.
At this point, the Wizard will be asking you some questions, such as
Your Environment
Understanding your environment helps LureOS to configure the network interfaces and the decoys accordingly.
At this point, the Wizard will be downloading assets from the closest CDN.
After that, the Wizard will ask about LureOS Repo Username, which would be provided to you by illuria
Same goes for LureOS Repo Password
If the credentials are correct, the Wizard will show the following message
Now that LureOS Repo is configured, the Wizard will upgrade all the packages
We’re almost there! The Wizard will ask you to set a new password for the user agent
The password will not be echo’d back to the screen!
If you’ve installed LureOS on the Cloud (e.g. Azure, OpenStack, etc), you will not see this step, as the user would be configured using
cloud-init
orazure-agent
.
And finally, the Wizard will display the Web Application accesses on the console.
